ManaFunoon | PCB Department Supervisor
As the PCB Department Supervisor, I was responsible for overseeing and supporting the Laser, Printing, CNC, and PCB Repair units. My role involved assisting operators in various production processes and ensuring smooth workflow and product quality. The Printing section handled processes such as etching, solder mask, and legend printing on printed circuit boards. The Laser section was responsible for cutting PCBs to custom sizes as requested by clients, while the CNC section performed drilling operations required for mounting DIP components. In most cases, I actively participated alongside the operators to ensure precision, efficiency, and on-time project completion.

As the Printing Supervisor, I was responsible for overseeing print quality on various fabrics and ensuring the overall quality of the materials used. My duties included monitoring and adjusting printing parameters to achieve optimal results based on fabric type and specific design requirements. Since the printing process was fully digital, I also maintained and inspected the computer systems and network connections to ensure stable operation and prevent production downtime.
